I wonder whether computers or any other electronic devices can assist in any way in tackling corruption without there being any resolve and a political will to that end. Don't be fooled! Embrassing and nurturing corruption is the main mission of the corrupt political elite (organised as CCM) in charge of the country. Therefore, the equipment presentation ceremony explained in the article is nothing but empty populist propaganda - and the Chinese are very good at it. Btw, is it in the best interest of the Chinese to see corruption eradicated in Tanzania; and this literally meaning removing CCM from power beforehand?
