PATO LAMIFUNGO YA TRANSISTOR (Transistor Gain).

Mbunifu napofunga transistor katika mfungo wowote hutarajia matokeo flani (pato),Matokeo haya ndiyo huitwa pato la Transistor.

Hasa kwa wanao buni vifaa vya sensor au amplifier pato ni kitu muhimu sana

Pato la transistor linaundwa na vitu vifuatavyo

A. Mkondo wa umeme (Current) ambayo huwakilishwa na alama "I"

1. Ic = Current ya Collector
2. Ie = Current ya Emitter
3. Ib =:Current ya Base
4. Beta (Beta ni Uwiano wa current ya Collector na current ya Base)
5. Alfa (Alfa ni Uwiano wa current ya Collector na current ya Emitter)

Kanuni za kutafuta kila kimojawapo ni hizi zifuatazo.

1.Kutafuta Current ya Emitter

Ie= Ic + Ib

2. Kutafuta Current ya Base

Ib = Ic ÷ Beta

3. Kutafuta Current ya Collector

Ic = Beta x Ib

4. Kutafuta Beta

Beta = Ic ÷ Ib

Kwa kawaida Beta huwa na uwiano wa 20 hadi 200 kutegemeana na jinsi transistor ilivyo tengenezwa.

5. Kutafuta Alfa

Alfa = Ic ÷ Ie

Kwa kawaida alfa hua na uwiano wa 1.

B. Msukumo wa Umeme (Voltage ) , ambayo huwakilishwa na alama "V"

1. Kutafuta Voltage ya Base (Vb)

Vb = R2÷(R1+R2) × Voltage inayoingia.

2. Kutafuta Voltage ya Emitter (Ve)

Ve = Vb - 0.07voltage

3. Kutafuta Volage ya Collector (Vc)

Vc = Voltage inayoingia -(Ic × Rc)

4. Kutafuta Voltage ya Collector Emitter (Vce)

Vce = Vc - Ve
