The talk Tanzania is been sidelined is irrelevant because Tanzania also doesn't consult with the three when embarking on its own major infrastructural projects like the intended Bagamoyo gant one. Yes, this going in isolation on major infrastructural projects is bad for the community because instead of creating optimal infrastructures, it would create ones which undermine rather than complement each other in the Central and East African Region. For example, why build a giant one at Bagamoyo, only to robe markets from Mombasa which is already in place when priority should have been Mtwara-underdeveloped potential without competitor? Optimization in the development of economic infrastructures in the common market we intend to build requires a total-well interconnected approach, involving all within the community.
