Newly appointted minister for local government, Balaam Barugahaara Ateenyi has fired at the members of parliament from the opposition who missed the state of the nation address from President Museveni yesterday.
He criticised them for not attending to national matters in the name of boycotting the government.
He further added that the opposition members of parliamnet do not know English and hence can not even understand the speech from the president.
