Nyumba ina vyumba viwili, sebule Jiko, Choo, maji ya kutosha mpaka ndani, LUKU yako, Ipo ndani ya uzio na ipo kwenye compound (means upande) bei ni 350,000/ kwa mwezi maongezi yapo,

Pia nyumba za 400,000 mpaka 800,000 zipo kulingana na ubora wa nyumba na mahali husika, mitaa ni Mwenge, savei, sinza kijitonyama na Mbezi beach,

Pia wale wa chumba Kimoja, master, chumba na sebule na Jiko bei nyingi ni kuanzia 100,000 mpaka 300,000 kulingana na ubora wa nyumba na mmiliki wake na pia upatikanaji wa vitu muhimu kama maji, usalama na mazingira mahalia.. nichek kwa 0713415537

Je matengo ya serikali mnalipa namanisha kodi ya pango na 10% as withholding tax maanake kwenye kila 350,000/=10% yake mnalipa TRA jibu ndio au hapana.

Mkuu kama huhitaji kitu sio lazima uchangie uzi, huo inaitwa umbea, kama wewe ni wa mabondeni ni wa mabondeni tu mana hamna namna, acha wa huku tubaki huku, hatuwezi kua wote wa mabondeni
 
Tuzo...uko sahihi.Lakini yakiingia mambo ya kodi tutakosa nyumba za kupanga,kodi itakuwa laki tano.

Tenants suppose to pay 10 per cent of their rent to TRA,if not landlords are supposed to collect the amount and submit it to near TRA office.This payement is legal obligation for each person who conducts business and receive income,this tax is collected in line with Section 83 of Income Tax of 2004.If either or part fail to collect withhold tax and remit it to TRA,its an offence where by withholding agent and 'withholdee' will be involved,both will be jointly liable,and they will be forced to pay taxes and penalties.Note exception is for an individual landlord not conducting a business receives less than Tsh 500,000/= per annum from other individuals for rent for their placesbof residence,the landlord does not have to file a return or pay tax on this income.So I have tried to give out portion of what I know concerning this tax.This tax is an avoidable.

Do you have a house in Dar es saalam or in any big city in Tanzania?
