I need advice to write complaint about management who did this unlawful things to me and because of them i suffered.

I hope there were no wrong doing or shady dealings on your part whilst you were at the helm of the company. However, there must be a reason why you were quickly and forcibly deported from Tanzania. Usually someone is deported owing to their illegal status or for having committed a crime. Seeing as your documents are in order, only leaves one other aspect! Interesting...
