Habarini za asubuhi.
Kwa kipindi kirefu nimekuwa nikipungua uzito na kukonda ila sio sana kwani mimi binafsi sioni kama nimepungua sana . Nguo nilizokuwa navaa mwaja juzi na mwaka jana bado ninazivaa ingawa zinapwaya kidogo sio kiasi cha kushindwa kuvalika, sasa nikukutana na watu mtaani wananisema nimepungua sana ama nimekonda. huwa wananiuliza kama nilikuwa naumwa lakini kiukweli sijawahi kuugua mpaka kulazwa tangu nimejitambua (Thanks God) kitu ambacho ndiyo sababu ya mtu kukonda.

Pia sijawahi kuugua ugonjwa ambao ningelazimika kulala ndani siku nzima. Kama ni malaria na magonjwa ya kawaida kama kuumwa tumbo, kichwa huwa naumwa ila sijawahi kuugua nikalala ndani tangu huu mwaka uanze.

Swali je kwanini ninapungua? Kama kula kiukweli ninakula chakula cha kawaida huwa supitishi mlo.

Nifanyeje ili niongezeke japo kidogo...

NB. umri wangu ni 28. Uzito kwa sasa ni 62kg ila huwa nafikisha hata 68kg. Urefu ni 5.6ft.

Kwa thread title na maelezo yako "sidhani" kama wewe una shida na kupungua/kukonda ila shida ni KUSEMWA na hao "watu mtaani wanaokusema".

BMI yako iko sawa(within the normal range), si jambo geni kupungua uzito huo wa 6kg, hasa kwa muda mrefu(assuming it was last year/or a yr before last yr) Hata hivyo, pamoja na hivyo uwezekano wa kupungua upo na mara nyingi hutokana na Msongo wa mawazo, magonjwa, matibabu, n.k


Zingatia muda wako wa kula na kunywa maji, kula chakula cha lishe/virutubisho(makundi yote ya chakula) na zingatia mazoezi. Pia pata muda wa kupumzika.
Mwisho, kama umezingatia hayo, huna haja kuwa na wasiwasi ya "watu wa mtaani" kukusema.

Nyakwaratony...BMI, kipimo kinachokuonyesha simply how fat you are by relating your weight by height, kwa uzito huo wa kilo 62 na urefu wa futi 5'6 uko kwenye 'normal weight'...yaani uzito wako unaendeana na urefu wako. Hiyo inakupunguzia risk ya magonjwa ya moyo na kisukari huko baadae. Ukipandisha mpaka kilo 68, utakuwa borderline overweight, taratibu unajongea kwenye risk hizo. Mimi nakushauri maintai uzito wako hapo.

Ni kawaida watu kuona una magonjwa au unadhoofu kwa kupungua uzito, na vile vile kuona eti ndio una afya na maisha yamekuwa mazuri unaponenepa...sasa wewe inabidi uchague, unaishi kufurahisha watu au kufurahisha nafsi yako. Kama nafsi yako unafurahi na unakuwa na self confidence kuwa kibonge....sawa, lakini ujue gharama yake ni kujiweka katika risk ya magonjwa yasiyoambukiza.
