3.go to DASHBOARD

5.click ACCOUNT INFO
6.click CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

9.CHECK(Tick) all boxes there below
10.CONTINUE
11.CLOSE ACCOUNT
12.TICK "OTHER"(on the survey) and type anything there in the box.
13. TICK "OPT-OUT"
14.SUBMIT
