Medical Stores Department was established by an Act of Parliament no.13 of 1993, as a financial self sustaining, non profit making Department under the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare with the main objective to develop, maintain and manage an efficient and cost effective system of Procurement, Storage and Distribution of approved Pharmaceuticals and medical supplies of acceptable quality to Government and approved health facilities throughout the nation.
In its endeavor to ensure it handles over 2000 products in stock while ensuring almost 4000 individual customers with varied needs are reached and serviced, MSD is now looking for dynamic suitable individuals who are motivated to work within a dynamic Supply Chain Management organization. MSD encourages applications from both men and women and is inviting interested candidates to apply for the following positions:
Successfully candidates will be offered 3 years contract.
