Job title: Project Manager
Posts: Three (3)
Job location: Iringa (1post), Dodoma (1post), Morogoro (1 post)
Age:18 - 35years
Interview location: Dar es Salaam
Duties:
1. Identify market opportunities by identifying customer requirements. Example defines market, competitors share, competitor’s strength and weaknesses, forecast projected business and establish target
2. Monitor competition by gathering market place information
3. Inform customers of current promotions and discounts
4. Maintain positive business and customer relationship in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
5. Develop strategies for more effective sale
6. Oversee business development activities
7. Develop and administer marketing database
8. Using marketing strategies to reach the company’s targeted output per month.
9. Set marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues
10. Implement and adhere to company policies
11. Supervision of subordinate’s staff within the region
12. Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor.
Qualification: Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration and related field.

Duties:
1.Making sure that tendering documentation is professionally maintained.
2.Conduct competitive bidding/tendering with potential suppliers in close cooperation with the respective department
3.Establishing effective vendor relationship and carrying out performance evaluation
4.Creating and maintaining contact documents and or service levelagreements
5.Proactively researching and monitoring the market for new suppliers and products best price and prepositions.
6.Resolving issues relating to vendor performance, undelivered, damaged materials and services.
7.Invoice/good receipt query resolution among requisitions,finance and suppliers.
8.Work experience: at least two (2) years experience in purchase role dealing with services related to procurement and creation of contracts and services level agreement
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in procurement and supplies/ logistics.
- Fluent in English and Swahili language
