i salute you mr deo kilawe,first time i meet with him five years ago when i am civil servant ,he want to meet with my seniors to discuss about e-commerce in govt sector but we decided to ignore his idea and to meet with him.Current my ex office mate call me rembered the day
when we ignore his idea.

The young man with great vision its time for young generation to change from murmuring to be visioner in all aspect.Most of us we blame govt but we didnt play our party
i wish and i knew this letter will be submit to state house executive table.

When you publicly write to the president you are actually writing to the people. You have to be brief and to the point. Show what is new in your advice and why it is important to the president and to the nation. Jargon of this kind is okay, but does not quench the thirst of change Tanzanians might be expecting. It's a good insighted piece of advice to our President and to other related Parties Mr.Kilawe.

It's about time for those who are mainly concerned with putting unjust criticism on the ways things are being executed by relevant authorities with the current government to show the way forward just like the way you have done Mr.Kilawe.

Back to your advice to the President, I think your advice on the usage of gold as medium of exchange is right but not useful for the time being but rather you should have advised the president to work on all measures which will increase export of locally produced products which will automatically strengthen and stabilise our currency value just like the point you made on your second advice to the President.

On the issue of intra and inter trade relationship, The President has been working tirelessly on this if u had been following closely what he's currently focusing on and implementing.Remind you ,President Kabila was here in Tz and King of Moroccans will be landing in Dar soon.

On your forth advice ,i do not see the use of additional ministry considering the fact that the President is focused on reduction of avoidable costs instead you should have advised the president to assign additional duties to relevant current ministry that are related to what you have suggested.

On your fifth advice, you should understand that Tanzania is a country which is built on foundation of caring and showing mercy for those who are persecuted elsewhere in the world who seek refuge. And we have been doing this explicitly by granting citizenship to those who are really need for tens of years if not hundreds of years now.For instance, recently hundreds of refugees who fred wars in Rwanda and Burundi were granted citizenship ,Tanzanians are people full of love and mercy ,so you better stop planting arabic souls in pure african friendly souls.I advice my president to reject this discriminative hostile advice from you.You said you are in SA having good times remember that there some who are persecuted and unpersecuted people out there who find TZ a better place than SA and are patiently waiting to be granted citizenship.

Additionally on the issue of separation of business and politics theoretically it is possible but practically its impossible due to the nature of businesses.Practically a person may involve in many businesses and some are very complex business which are beyond detections.Here you should have advised the president to setup a a strategic special system which will make political leaders to be accountable for their actions in political arena.

Lastly, I congratulate you for taking your previous holiday time to type a piece of advice to our strategic results oriented President Dr. John Pombe Magufuli who is working tireless day and night to make dreams of many Tanzanians come true before the end of 2025.
