My Hypothesis on CHADEMA/Zitto’s Shadow Budget Blunder

I agree with you on most of other sentences in your reply except the quoted below. Amongst the few simple things and memorable in this World are those going into pairs. They also very easy to know if the equation in which they are applied are at equilibrium. These things include:

  2. Hasi - Chanya
  3. Kujumlisha - Kutoa
  4. Kula - Kulipa
  5. Kushoto - Kulia
  6. Juu - Chini
  7. Mapato - Matumizi

You can't talk about spending before knowing how bigger your pocket is. This may be a day dream normally exercised by beggars hoping to ride a horse without working. Whom among us can start making choices on how to spend her money before being assured of the income/earnings? This is a very terrible deliberate mistake which even a competent Harvard Graduate Lawyer can't defend you to victory. Lets be serious on issues...

Iam also thinking deeply about this silly mistake by Zitto, senior economist, young, popular, inteligent politician!!Did he do it delibarately or it was out of his thinking? before presentation the shadow cabinet did not pass through it??I propose that due to this silly mistake he should step down immediately as a shadow minister for Finance! It is shame for himself, for the party and for his profession!!
 
It is not reasonable to expect Chadema be 100% perfect, let's try and compare Chadema and other political parties and judge, you cannot condemn the party by a single mistake that was accepted and rectified; we do expect Chadema to keep improving! hoping one day Chadema will take power and change the entire system which on my opinion is not working toward improving the living standard of poor Tanzanians!!, Now the question is; will ccm positively improve? Absolutely not!!! They will never change!!

A mistake have been done but one or few mistakes will not divert our cause of action toward real democracy and econimical change of our motherland Tanzania, let's trust and try to correct Chadema; they will surely bring expected harmony to our nation.
 
Personally, I very much know these are recommendations. But this can't be a reasons to excuse Zitto/CDM from the mistake. We should project the act into a bigger picture in which CDM is the Official opposition Camp equivalent to the Government on the waiting sit come 2015 and Zitto is their prospective Minister probably for the same position now called "Shadow"

 

You have been told that was ana oversite, is that very serious mistake to you, why cant you discuss about the content of what you call the shadow budget, try to be serious on analsing issues
 

Zitto Kabwe I remember once he posted in twitter and many other websites asking for opinions and contributions of how to come up with best Alternative Budget! Is that what he got?? did he realy take into consideration the opinions and contributions from senior economists?? I doubt!!this chap made me very angry!!

I do support CDM but my difference to others is that I try hard to maintain a self control from falling into extreme love with everything done by the Party without coordinating my rational thinking. The cost of adoring CDM can easily be estimated to be very huge after 2015. The same people now supporting CDM blindly will be the first to throw stones towards its Leaders and its regime,,,,,,time is coming very fast to give you evidences!

Not only assistance but also to allow other fellow's expertise to prevail during budget preparation, i mean shadow ministerial contributions, the national budget should be prepared by three organs, Mipango, uchumi na fedha na idara za utafiti.Je CDM wanavyo hivyo vitengo???? kama hawana then zitto was supposed to arrange to outsource the expertise.simple

I largely agree with your hypo bar the highlighed section of it.

Simply put, CHADEMA, like any other institution is obviously more than one individual. It has never came to my attention or being made aware of; that Hon. Zitto is party's "exclusive" and "keen" specialist scrutinizer. Far from that we will play offensive role by clinging to the known/public figures as the really and only who makes CDM tick (I refrain from naming names); should we not certainly remember the supporting staff? They are of many specialties and of diverse backgrounds, such a combination is what cause CDM to be such a working effective machine.
 

I heard a potential statement issued by Mh.Silinde whilst giving his contribution on the bugdet table in the parliament saying that "the should be an immediate restructuring into the TISS as the organ has become soo personal that it is not protecting the interest of the public to the extent that such a disastrous budget allowed to be table without their intervention.Now come a question should give same stick to CDM????? for such big big blunder????

mkuu tayari Zzk kashaomba radhi kwa baadhi ya makosa yaliyojitokeza ila kwa ushauri CDM ni lazima iepushe viongozi wake hasa Zitto na mabo ya u-centralization kwenye mambo ya muhimu kama haya.
