3. Sales Skills: Strong sales techniques and market expansion capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and implement sales strategies.
4. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Swahili (mandatory).
5. Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Tanzania’s local transportation, economy, and consumer behavior.
6. Soft Skills: Leadership, resilience, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
