Lords of impunity have congregated to subvert the cause of justice. I hope that the presiding Magistrate will be clevr enough to know that deciding in favour of these looters who have gleeced our exchequer through these juvenile tricks will actually place the very court on trial.

Mkapa whose moral standards have plummeted to unprecented levels after presiding over mega incidents of fleecing, cannot be taken seriously by poor citizens of this country who were treated with utter shock when he engaged in business while his tenure at the magogoni house had not expired. He grabbed Kiwira coal mine, not to mention other similar incidents of misappropriation. This is the ugly side of Mkapa that many people were not exposed to.
