Position: MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS (different sections in maintenance)
Number of Position(s): 10 positions
Reports to: MCC Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
The responsible Engineer to care and servicing for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects by applying tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent from occurring.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and leadership curses or its equivalent
- 2 years and above experience in relevant field
- Able to use own initiative as we as part of team
- Must be computer literate and fluent in speaking both English and Swahili languages
- Knowledge of enterprise asset management (EAM) purchasing software is essential
- Ready to work on a shift basis depending on the operation of the plant.
- Comply with all safety standards and the legal requirements of the country
- Efficiently manage work for the defected equipment.
- Report the expected problems to the PM sec. Head that’s required for making root cause analysis reports
