Hey Ladies...
I get we feel down a lot, pre menstrual mood swings, hormones imbalance causing mental breakdown with all type of drama revolving around.

Sometimes you're just tired with all other responsibilities and you just wanna sit back and do something that will satisfy your body, some luxury are just simple and some can be expensive but it's not bad to spoil yourself, Girl treat yourself whenever you can.

Some of the tips
  • Take a relaxing bath with scented candles and soothing music.
  • Read a book or listen to a podcast that inspires you.
  • Go to beach.
  • Try out a new hobby or craft that you've been interested in, try painting, sport or anything that intrigues you. It could be gym, hiking.
  • Have a movie night with your favorite movies and snacks.
  • Journal your thoughts and feelings to reflect and unwind, write down your imaginations, manifestations or anything that will make you happy.
  • Cook a delicious and healthy meal for yourself or go for a solo date and treat yourself a favorite meal.
  • Spend quality time with loved ones or friends, go hang out exchange ideas and have Fun.
  • Treat yourself to a spa day or a massage if you can afford.
  • Practice yoga or meditation to calm your mind and body.

Remember, self-care is all about doing what makes you happy and rejuvenated! 😊🌸
