It occurred to me that they don't send you the message that the account has been recharged. Which prompt my repetitive recharging action...result was each time 2500 was deducted from my account for the same period of one month...any way 400mb is reason why Airtel am loving it.....Sidhani kama kimefutwa, nahisi ni tatizo la mtandao tu baada ya muda itakubali.
I experienced the same scenario about 2months ago but the services resumed automatically!!!
Otherwise you can call them or go directly to their office/agents.
