Nice, there will be motion detectors too that can cover a span range of 3 kms and can trigger huge blasting ALARMS on all command post and STUNNERS too.
During emergency the trenches can act like fighting bunkers and can be booby trapped by land mines along the entire stretch.
A blimp carrying a satelight capable camera will be afloat above 3000 ft and can pick movements from as far as 300km inside Somalia ,especially any movement approaching Kenyan border.
Automatic lift drones will be at hand, mostly lethally armed with hell fire missiles while the recent air tractors which do not require a long runway and can be stationed literally at the border for immediate lift-off and action.
Any human habitation will also be moved atleast 100 km away from the border.
