Mkuu hawa jamaa wanachanganya mambo makusudi. Its not true that kila mtumishi wa serikali anayewakilisha nchi yake nchi nyingine is a "diplomat". Ili mtu aitwe diplomat, inabidi nchi zote mbili i.e yule anayetuma as well as host country zikubaliane on that said status.

Nchi moja haiwezi kulazimisha diplomat status ya mtu wake kwa nchi nyingine kama anavyodai huyu ndugu yetu that's simply absurd! Diplomats wote walioko Tanzania wameorodheshwa as such na mamlaka zetu and vice-versa wanapokwenda nje. Ndivyo hivyo inavyofanyika worldwide.

Karake Karenzi hayumo kwenye orodha ya Rwandese diplomats in UK because he is not a diplomat, he is simply a Rwandan gov official in the UK. Pili, hata angekuwa na status ya diplomat, makosa anayotuhumiwa nayo ya genocide and crimes against humanity yako juu ya hizo protocals, that's why Omar Al-bashir akibugi nchi za watu atakamatwa na kupelekwa ICC regardless of the fact that he is PRESIDENT of a nation, haitajalisha kuwa marais huwa wana presidential immunity.

Tatizo sio the innocence of guilt of our Chief of Intelligence. The problem is the the disregard of international laws that govern the immunity of diplomatic persons just because he is African. I am sure if it was a leader of any other developed country this would not have happened. Lakini kama mheshimiwa alivyosema kwenye hotuba yake, it is good that it has happened to Rwanda. We want to show you all other africans who are scared of hawa wazungu kwamba sisi hatuogopi tutapambana nao na tunasubiri ujio wake manake tutampokea kama shujaa. Ngoja tuwaonyeshe njia.
