Just In: Nandutu sentenced to four years in prison.

Former State Minister for Karamoja Affairs Agnes Nandutu has been sentenced to four years in prison by the Anti-Corruption Court over the diversion of 2,000 iron sheets meant for vulnerable communities in Karamoja. She has also been barred from holding public office for 10 years.

Same here in Uganda, the people who stole the iron sheets were over 6 including the speaker of parliament, Minister of Finance etc, but they only convicted one person who was new to the system
