I can imagine that finding a good English teacher can be a challenging task. But your requirements aren't enough. The person should own communication skills too. This is crucial while working and interacting with students. Besides, it would be the best to observe a class taught by the teacher you are considering. This will give you an idea of their teaching style. I hope you'll take my suggestion into account and find a suitable person soon. Tbh, I wish I'd have seen this announce some months ago. Then I was looking for vacancies in the educational system. However, now I already have a job as a Cover Supervisor which I really like.
