I didnt say CCM collects tax, but the government it leads does collect the tax. So their action concerns us.

Tanzania has never went through a real meaningful painful process to bring her to a real reformed and matured state. May be a question would be, does it need something like what took place in Rwanda? AND now Rwandans are full of wisdom, awake and doing all the necessary for their development?

If no Tanzanian desires to go through that PATH then we need such gigantic self discipline and moral authority in which contains all the pains equated to pains of world war 1 and 2 ... DO we have personal and national Gut for that?

If that not the Case!!

Then here is the last option, we must have in place "something" like THE ARUSHA DECLARATION which of course has within its process THE PAINS which few can tolerate unless they modify it to AZIMIO LA ZANZIBAR ... !!
