Dear Hon Alhaj Dr (Med.) Mwinyi,
Thank you for your service to this slumping nation of ours! on your years of service at Ministry of Defence (MOD) this happened!

Numerous unabated corruption or cover up practices (include Meremeta, Mwananchi, right-off but costly procurement of radar, helicopters, ammunitions and trucks and so many others that our government has been compromisingly associate the Army with such serious embezzlements of our nation's cake under the cover "Unquestionable matters of National Security")at your Ministry and on your watch and without a sensible explanation but spirited fights to silence a debate on the due wherever an MP (opposition ofcourse!!) or a media house tries to raise the specific issues in our law chamber or general public! The tendency keeps us wondering what's going on in our Defence Ministry that ovesees our forces? Do you have any "sultanate legitimacy" to remain in power even after over 50 lost souls (first in Mbagala (26) and now in Gongo La Mboto (>30) and the exact figure remains a mystery so far)? By the way what have you so far accomplished as the top guy at the Ministry of Defence? Is it the involvement of our "used to be loved but turned out to be business ventures now (the loss making Construction (JKT), Pharmaceuticals, Truck Assembling & Textile (JWTZ) companies) that act acts as channels to siphon money and creates classes within the Army as only the top cardes benefit and not the juniors while inflicting serious burden to we tax payers as the "white elephant" projects are never profitable but secretly run (no account book auditing made public so far)while continuing to suckle heavily on GOT coffers due to their ever growing subsidies (hidden ofcourse)! Is it the massive abuse of power and finance that current prevails in once a decent Army?

Pls get the F** out of that position! Go back to your dad and suckle from him (as i hope he did not resigned out of hypocrisy in the eyes of Mwl when the Shinyanga deaths occurred for him not to advice you to do so now!). Tanzania needs good leadership and not the obsessed sultan like son of a former President that has failed to do anything constructive in our army except offering a buffer for impunity! If at all you were worthing that post you would have conducted an immediate Actionplan after the Mbagala incidence BUT you demonstrated negligence of Highest Order that resulted into another same serious casualities culminated with loss of lives and properties apart from a general fact that largely expose this nation in the state of Insecurity (just wondering what can you do if an enemy invades Tanzania today..)! That's do inspection excercise to all ammunitions stores around the country to assess the risks of the vice to repeat! but guess what nothing happened, and as it looks the risk is high in any of our ammunition depots around the country currently! What else do you need to hear that "the shoes are to big to fit your feet"? Pls resign nobody has more legitimacy to grip on power than accountability when people continue to die with no genuine technical Report issued so far to explain why the disaster happened for another similar incidence at Mbagala! Putting aside the underlying fact
that poor handling of the situation thereafter as no enough compensation was issued to family members that lost their loved ones and people affected (two years down the line people still live under tents)!

Your continuing stay in power means the over 50 poor souls' blood means nothing to your obsession with power.

NB: Chief of staff Gen. Mwamunyange has to do the same also!

Hivi, is he still typing his resignation letter? Or did the driver not deliver it to the president?
