[TABLE="width: 100%"] [TR] [TD]ADMINISTRATOR, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (1 POST) [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining local area computer network activities of the business unit, and providing first line IT support for all business applications, specifically the DataSaint Delta, T&A system and PayPal application. With guidance and approval from the Group Director of IT, a primary responsibility of this position is to, specify, configure, install, and maintain the local area network hardware, software, and telecommunications services such as personal computers, system software, software applications, printers, servers, routers, switches, cabling, and Internet service providers to support attainment of the business goals and objectives. Benchmark, analyze and recommend to the Director of IT improvements of the IT infrastructure and IT systems within the business unit. Ensure compliance with IT security policy and strategy. Oversee the maintenance and expansion of the fixed line telephony systems. [/TD] [/TR] [TR] [TD] Establish and maintain active directory, user environment, directories, and security. Provide first line support for all business applications within the business unit. Manage problem resolution of applications on behalf of end users [/TD] [/TR] [TR] [TD] Train users on proper software and equipment usage. [/TD] [/TR] [TR] [TD] Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various applications. Formulate, revise and implement IT disaster recovery plan and procedures. [/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] PERSON SPECIFICATIONS Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited four year College or University. Experience At least 5 years of recent experience in IT with emphasis on Network & Administration.
