A corporation as it is, can be looked at as an externalizing machine. It tends to externalize any costs that the unwary or uncaring public will allow it to externalize.

Tanesco therefore as a patient can be diagnosed and analysed and the diagnosis shows that TANESCO slowly seems to adopt the personality of a corporation in which many major corporations have historical cases of unfilicting harm on others.

Kwani ulikuwa hujui kuwa TANESCO ni Public Corporation?

Kwenye Public Corporations Act ya mwaka 1992 kuna part imeandikwa hivi, "Every public corporation shall operare its business according to sound commercial principles".

In the case of Tanesco sioni kama wana'operate their business according to sound commercial principles since wameshindwa kuwa accountable to their shareholders ambao ni wananchi..me naona wapo accountable kwa group flan la watu wachache.

I guess i should have put the quote marks kwenye neno "corporation". That word corporation ambayo me nimeeka kwenye hii topic ni more subliminal.

TANESCO from the way it's been acting recently has led me to believe that it has changed from a public corporation and adopted the personality of a private "corporation" in which its main objectives is to serve a certain group of people whose only intentions is to make as much money as they can without caring how that impacts the society.
