PHSRF Tanzania office is in the process of identifying and enter into a non-exclusive one-year contract(s) with selected vendor(s) for supply of goods and provision of services listed below with the possibility of contract extension for one more year based on desirable performance in the first year of contract. We hereby invite submission of sealed bids from eligible Bidders on supply and delivery of goods and provision of services as listed in the table below:

P/G/01/2023.	Provision of car rental services (Noah Hiace) for field duties in Kinondoni Municipal (Magomeni, Ndugumbi, Makumbusho, Msasani, Makongo, Wazo, Kinondoni and Mabwepande).

A prospective Bidder must have an operational office in the region where the services are required. A prospective Bidder having any question regarding this RFP shall send an email three days prior to the due date and time for submission of offers to the following address; idda.michael@phsrf.or.tz and cc phsrftanzania@gmail.com.

The supported documents required for the bid are as follows:

• Vat Registration Number.
• TIN Number.
• Business license.
• Audited Financial Statement at least two years ago.
• The attached Hard copy documents and soft copy (in a flash Disc) which shows at least two clients you have worked with and these document shall not return to the applicants.
• Trained Drivers with license who observe Health, Safety and Environment at the workplace.
• At least Three years of experience at the same field.
• Documents which show your car numbers and physical address of operation.

PHSRF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. The PHSRF is under no obligation to accept the lowest proposal. Late proposals, electronic proposals, proposals not received shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.

Offers must be submitted to PHSRF Office located at Sinza Madukani Emirate profile 2nd floor where the service is intended to be provided, all proposals in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given below before Friday, October 27th 2023 at 5:00 PM.
