The person who made this video should have titled it "INVEST IN KIGALI" Not "INVEST IN RWANDA" because 99.9 percent of what has been potrayed in pictures in the video is about Kigali not Rwanda as a country.

i have friends in kigali, and they all want to invest in Tanzania, but they can not making reference to a hot situation in between our top guys, i guess with time they will, many Rwanda's prefer Tanzania as their investment destination compared to other E.A Countries especially Kenya.

Single tourist visa hatuitaki

watu wanainvest nchi zilizo na security ya investments sio nchi ya kidikteta kama Rwanda ambayo:

1. Almost the entire private sector ni makampuni ya chama cha RPF (au ya kagame, since kagame pekee ndie anayejua acccounts zake). katika hali hiyo investor gani serious atakuja kuwekeza ashindane na serikali?

2. kagame anaweza kukuamuru ufanye vitu visivyo na maana yoyote ile kibiashara ili apate misifa wakati wewe unapata hasara: cheki hii ambayo alimfukuza nchini Rwanda bosi wa mtandao wa TiGo within 24 hours! baada ya jamaa kukataa kuweka network kijijini kwa kagame kwa sababu hailipi!

The case of the former Tigo Rwanda's CEO, Tom Gutjahr, sent a different shock wave when he was given 24 hours to leave Rwanda in July 2011. RPF's New Times alleged that Gutjahr had been fired for embezzled funds and other fraudulent acts. Tigo Rwanda's parent company, Millicom International Cellular in Luxembourg, quickly set the record straight – Gutjahr was not expelled from Rwanda due to corruption.
Gutjahr, it turned out, had refused to perform an uneconomical act. He objected to rolling out Tigo's network to President Kagame's 45 acre ultra-modern farm and its penny-less poverty-stricken neighbourhood at Lake Muhazi. And here is the sentiment for which Gutjahr was crucified: ‘Tigo cannot install a network mast in any area just for one man even if he is the president of the country.' For Paul Kagame, however, Gutjahar's refusal to build a network was not about economics. Gutjahar had to be unceremoniously expelled from Rwanda for his arrogance or ‘agasuzuguro.' Which begs the question: why hadn't RPF's own MTN Rwanda not build Kagame a network mast in more than 20 years they have been in country?

3. Serikali inaweza kukupora assets zako bila sababu yoyote ile kisheria kama ilivyofanya kwa Mwekezaji Tribert rujugiro:

Rwanda government seized Tribert Rujugiro Ayabatwa's shares in Nshili Kivu Tea Factory (NKTF) on 25 June 2014. The Commission of Abandoned Properties in Nyaruguru District instructed NKTF to deposit any monies or any other benefits due to Ayabatwa in the District's own bank account for "safekeeping." By this action, government replaced Ayabatwa as shareholder in NKTF. In a separate development, the Rwandan authorities seized Ayabatwa's personal residence in Gikondo, Kigali. In this case, the Rwandan police forced their way into the property, ejected security and staff, and installed their own personnel. This private residence has since been converted into a bar and lodge.

4. Bila kusahau Rwanda ni nchi maskini sana, pesa zinazozunguka pale ni za misaada toka nje na zile za wizi wa madini ya DRC. Zile za madini ya DRC wabongo tumeshazikata via JWTZ vs M23, wakati zile za misaada nazo zimepungua kwa sababu nyingi zilikuwa zinatolewa kusaidia miradi ya "genocide survivors, genocide orphans, genocide.....". Zinapungua kwa sababu kwanza it has been 20 years already, halafu pili hii stori ya genocide at least version ya kagame, sasa hivi inaanza kuwa revised na international community. Kilichotokea 1994 kinaanza kuwa questioned kwa kina. Kigali nzima inategemea wafanyakazi wa NGOs baas! NGO zinavyopungua ndivyo hali inavyozidi kuwa mbaya, sasa hivi watu wanapunguzwa kazi serikalini kwa mamia! Wanyarwanda hawana fedha mfukoni.
Kwa maana hiyo hata ukifungua kitu kama mlimani city pale kigali, ukitegemea wanyaru waje shopping, watakuja watoto wawili watatu wa kagame na mushikiwabo (tena hapo ni wakirudi likizo maana wanakaa marekani) halafu utabaki peke yako na midoli yako...There is a good reason kwa nini wanyarwanda wanaongoza kuhamia kiharamu nchi za wengine all over EAC. Nenda DRC utawakuta wahamiaji haramu, nenda burundi, nenda uganda, nenda kagera....halafu leo anakuja mtu anatuambia Rwanda kunafaa kwa investment???

I wouldn't; for the following reasons
1. I have a fobia for dictators and genociders like PK
2. To invest in Rwanda is to excel in looting natural resources from all neighboring countries
3. Rwanda's economy is a bubble waiting to bust because it is a dictatorship and looting based economy.
4. if DRC & Tanzania can effectively control their borders and eliminate high level corruption; read my lips, Rwanda will implode.
