May be i should give u a knowledge on financial institutions! Financial institution can be bank and non bank! Within bank there is Commercial bank and non commercial bank! Commercial banks operate current account while non commercial they dont operate current ac! So finca and tanzania postal bank they fall in a category of Bank and not commercial bank!! Hopeful umenisoma and mind u am banker by professional!!
