Intern Student Gloria Grace Laker from Gulu University has today been granted bail by the Grade one Magistrate court in Gulu today March 17th 2026 .
She was granted Cash bail of shs. 500,000 and each of her Surities was bonded at non cash shs 2million. They include her mother Daisy Lanyero, Aunt Grace Acheng and Patrick Onguti mp elect, Aswa county.
This came in after the prosecution team led by Resident state Attorney Bashir Bandera failed to appear for the bail meeting today
Muyunga pointed out that they have been waiting for the state attorny and his team from 9:00AM but no one was picking up his calles or notification that they were coming.
Grace was remanded to court on Friday in charges related to unathorized disclosure of information and offenses under the Computer Misuse Act, prosecutors alledge that she shared information from courts criminal register linked to Robert Kyagulanyu(Bobi Wine), President of National Unity Platform, on her social media page, Daily Monitor.
