If we must pay Dowans, here is how to raise the spondulics!

"If Tanzania must pay Dowans (through the nose), then I propose the Government should use the billions it regularly pays out to MPs as sitting allowances, Constituency development funds and end-of-term bonuses As well as the billions more it shells out every month in political party subsidies"

You are right, but why paying all this money to dowans while we all knows that it was a fake company with fake contract?

DJ BABU · Jan 2, 2011

kwanza batueleze dowans ya nani

Kibanga Ampiga Mkoloni · Jan 2, 2011

nadhani wakikamuliwa wabunge, mawaziri na posho zikibanwa watasema tu!

Jackbauer · Jan 2, 2011

This is the fantastic thought, however iwe posho ya wabunge wa CCM tu maana ni kosa la serikali yao

Jayfour_King · Jan 2, 2011

Are we talking about where we are going to raise fund for this ****ing mission, or how to reject the whole mission and to catch to the court all the counterpart?

Nanren · Jan 2, 2011

Haya tunaongea/andika kwa kujifurahisha.
Tumekalia mdeki (samahani kwa ambao hawakupita JKT). Mkataba kisheria ni halali, na tunatakiwa kulipa. Inauma, lakini ndio hivyo. TUMELIWA. Tutalipa sisi wote kwa kodi zetu.

Mimi nafikiri kila mwananchi alazimishwe kulipa cash (eg 10,000). Pesa isipotosha serikali iongezee.

Have you thought about the alternative, which is refusing to pay? If we do, it will be at our own peril. Think about it!
