kwa wale watabe wa xhtml html na php mnisaidie: what follows in here <!DOCTYPE html ....//......//>:Assume your writing a .php file code to be run by browser.CONCEPT:xtml and meta data.thanx
 
you could google that. on a side note, the web consortium made things much easier this time around, html5 doctype declaration is simply: <!doctype html>, i love that!
