I am establishing an NGO focusing on develeopment partnership in different programs; Now I need some expert advise on which organisational structure that would be best for an organisation that is run like a professional business but with the goal to use its profits for sustainable development social projects. Means a registered under the company Ordinance and not as society under Society Ordinance. With Limited by guarantee instead of Limited by shares.
How should I go about?

3/, Board composition of course with secretary - Mainly on social works and development projects.
