POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The hired Human Resource specialist will be required to take stock on availability, shortage and distribution bottlenecks of workforce in the Agricultural sector. The exercise aim at identifying gaps and recommend on where and what the project can address the identified bottlenecks.
Specifically the assignment intends to:
1. To take stock on workforce availability, shortage and distribution so as to establish existing gaps and propose effective HR interventions; and
2. Recommend actions to be taken in order to ensure constant availability of human resources in the Agricultural sector.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate diploma in Social Sciences or related field;
- 4 years experience on HR management in practice or consultancy work; and
- Experience on conducting or managing Human Resource or Human Resource for Health (HRH) assessments is an added advantage.
