Haki ya urithi

Its a long story. I once had a very loving Dad. We used to leave in nairobi then back to Moshi kilimanjaro. Our Dad got a scholarship for 4 years in Canada. Fortunately he went with our mum. On coming back they hard a son. Dad was posted dar es salaam. We decided we stay at Kibosho an excuse that he was not accomodated. For a while he got a house at upanga united Nation road.
I had a cousin sister who was at muhimbili and had a Friend called Agatha Haule (she was a total bitch). My Dad had a new love a lady energetic and had a hobby of going to cinema especially drive inn. Some fellows know about it. Guess who introduced my Dad to his lover. Its cousin Maria Vicent ruttaro.
My Dad was fortunate to 2 daughters to who i hate a lot. As im writing this story I feel very angry and a devil of vangiance is trying to over rule me. Next time I will finish up my story

Stori japo haijakwisha lakini kuna mengi hapo.

Lakini msingi mkuu wa Urithi ni kuwa anayetakiwa kurithiwa ni lazima awe ameshakufa. Akiwa hai hakuna kurithi.

Lakini vile vile katika maelezo yako utakayoendelea kuyatoa. Tunaomba ufafanue kati ya hao aliozaa nao ikiwemo pamoja na mama yake. Je kuna aliyewahi kumuoa? kumbuka kuna ndoa za kidini, kimila na kiserikali. zote zinatambuliwa kisharia.

Kama unataka tukusaidie acha hasira, chuki na uongee kwa ufasaha!! otherwise you will find that we sympathise with your dad! Usisahau he is sucessfull, educated na anaishi UPANGA which makes me, a woman who leaves in Bunju, who has never lived anywhere near Upanga, envious to get to know your dad better.

Inategemea mutatumia sheria gani katika kuamua mirathi hiyo.
1. Taratibu za Serikali hapo hakuna shida atapewa urithi ili muradi alete ushahidi wa kuthibitisha kuwa ni mtoto wa marehemu pasi na shaka.
2. Sheria za dini kama Uislam. hatambuliwi na hapati urithi.
3. taratibu za kimila zinategemea na mila na desturi za kabila au jamii anayotoka.
