Fresh graduate with a B.sc in Electronics science and communication

I have my nephew who has just completed his university degree at University Of Dar Es Salaam. I'm trying to help him secure a decent job where he can gain more experience and reach his full potential. He's a very promising and hard working young man. Based on his studies, he fits much better on computer networking and Information Technology related field. I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly give me some assistance on this.
