NEW YORK, June 25 (UPI) --During a heated argument with Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann, Fox News host Neil Cavuto said the congresswoman was "being silly," and cut to commercial while she was repeating talking points."Maybe Republicans are within their rights [to sue the president], maybe the president is within his rights [to issue executive orders]," Cavuto said on Wednesday's edition of Your World.

"Where was your rage when Democrats were going after President Bush on the same use of executive orders, because I think you knew then that that was a waste of time then and I think you know in your heart of hearts this is a waste of time now."
