TTCL do offer it, though I'm not sure if you really need a fiber connection at home. I know their cost starts from 14M connecting 3KM cable distance

Wow! FTTH isn't supposed to be that expensive. In other countries like Canada (ROGERS) for instance, FTTH costs $225/month unlimited with download speed of up to 350 Mbps and this being the highest price while the lowest being $52/month with download speed of up to 10 Mbps for 25GB. In UK it's the same story ftth costs not more than 26 pounds/month (76Mbps unlimited from BT).

14m is the installation cost for distance not more than 3KM, it could come up more depends on how far you are from the nearest station. subscriptions depends on preferred speed and monthly quota as you explained. lowest subscription rate for TTCL plans is around $200/month
