The problem with CCM is that they don't analyse, they just shoot in the dark hoping to hit the target. So they keep missing the target. CCM attempt to break CUF through Hamad Rashid but failed miserably. The issue is not breaking CUF but rather giving people the leadership they want. CCM has failed to do this and therefore the people will look for an alternative. They should start by putting the CCM house in order. But they won't and so they will lose more and more voters and they will become more and more desperate and authoritarian. CCM Bara has entered the vicious cycle of self-destruction, like CCM Zanzibar and like KANU in the final Moi years. It is most unfortunate because a lot of Tanzanians will be hurt in the process.

She is a staunch Cuf supporter.
I remember she had a bitter and public fallout with one of her uncles Balozi Ali Karume in the matters relating to 2015 election and its aftermath.

How people easily forget.
During the reign of her Father, there were a lot of bitter CCM-Cuf relations...after a lot of intervention Zanzibaris got "Muafaka".
I rember Maalim Seif's bitter compliants that Karume had stolen his victory...and people lost their lives and property during the Cuf stand off...
but the sharp tongued Fatma never spoke a word...
Up to this day she has never said a word against her father's rule and ascent into power.
Thats hyporcrisy.
