Wadau hiyo ndio meseji napata nikiwasha pc yangu ilitokea baada ya ku-restart windows to apply updates! Help please.
Ni pc aina ya lenovo T410s, haina CD drive! chief-mkwawa shalobaro MziziMkavu, e2themiza na wengine wote help tafadhali!

@Mwanyasi Hujatuambia unatumia Windows 7 au Windows XP ? Fanya hivi kama unayo CD Au DVD ya Windows 7 Au Windows XP tumia njia hii:

1. Turn your computer off (Hold the power button if it is on and stuck at the update)

2. Turn your computer on. Keep tapping F8.
3. Select Repair my Computer.
4. Enter Windows user credentials.
5. Select System Restore.
6. Select the restore point prior to the Service Pack 1 updates, and set the restore going.
7. Wait untill the process completes. Ignore it if it says it failed and didn't change anything.
8. Once you're back in Windows, go to Windows Update, right click on the Service Pack update and disable it.

Ahsante MziziMkavu, but nilisema haina cd drive, labda niitafute external cd drive! OS ni Windows 7 home premium!
