Europeans now consuming horses!

Things are really going bad in Europe!
The economic downturn is forcing some life styles that are outright barbaric.
No wonder there is no game to speak of, in almost the whole of Europe.

That now, horse meat has been in consumed as meat of choice in Europe, speaks so much of the deteriorating cuisinal preference forced on Europeans by hard times!

I suppose we will not be hearing of the horsemeat scandal for the last time in Europe, probably more is to come in terms of either dogmeat, catmeat or, aaargh... manmeat!

I have lived in Europe particulary Germany for several years in different times. I visited their farms and other places. Of course they have many cattle and I was wondering on how they prepare (slaughter) their cattle. For your information they use machine I never saw a muslim cleric exercising any religious issue there and they all eat it. I wonderded when I heard Buseresere issue on the same matter. Yor FAITH is concealed in your SOUL not material things like meat. Shame on you Tanzanians.

I truly admire the West for their sophistication and automation in almost anything, producing babies included!
Furthermore I could not agree with you better on the slaughter issue, its medieval.

But you have not answered my amazement, dod you also EAT horse meat in Germany?

Yesterday i was watching news on tv and they were showing the famous food company that specializes in ready meal here was using 100% horse meat in their meals instead of beef. I was very suprised because i never imagined that it can happen in Europe.
