Well,i'll begin with clearing some parts of your sentence as follows:
It should sound more better this way, "i suggest this platform should have error correctors who are competent in english so as to correct incorrect sentences."

Both are correct men...

In= inside the classroom
At= somewhere/point where the class is located..
