A friend commented: In this day, do we need to argue about infrastructure? Cities are expanding rapidly, modern ecosystems have growth in complexity, and ultimately, as w talk about the SDGs post-2015, infrastructure cannot be far-removed. What developing nations need to do is to enhance domestic resource mobilization (DRM) , currently only a handful reach the 15 % threshold in DRM; and secondly, to increase efficiency in public spending; and lastly, to make evidence-based decisions in infrastructure investment . Besides, the little we raise is often washed away in illicit financial flows,. In my view, its still a little to early to assess the economic impact of president Pombe Magufuli's political leadership in Tanzania.

Yet to my opinion: -
Going around the reality simply trying to swim on land just because many other cities are swimming...in the sea, is it feasible?...first things first!!..Build the basic economy capabilities of the tax payers to enable them demand sensibly any capital building infrastructure that can be payed for and sustained by the beneficiaries without prejudice and inconvenience to those far from its immediate demand who actually need the most basics in life!!
