2.Kuwafukuza wakenya takribani elfu moja waishio Sudan
3.Kutokununua kahawa na chai toka Kenya (mwaka jana Sudan ilinunua kwa jumla ya dola 200 milioni za kimarekani)
4.Kuwafukuza wanafunzi mia tano wa kikenya wasomao Sudan
5.Kukata mahusiano ya kidiplomasia baina ya nchi hizo mbili

Na pia inawezekana Al-Bashir akaamua kuwasaidia Al-Shabaab (hii haijasemwa hadharani)!

Serikali ya kenya imeamua kutafuta suluhu na sudan kaskz ili kutokuvuragana waafrika wenyewe siyo kwamba nchi moja inaogopa nyingine jinsi ambavyo naona muelekeo wa majadiliano unavyoenda humu ndani. Mahakama ni chombo huru ndiyo, lakini siyo kwa 100% ambavyo mnawezafikiri. Hatuwezi tumia uhuru wa mahakama kuleta machafuko katika inji zetu jamani. Kwamba akae mtu mmoja aamue halafu millions of people waumie that is no!

Licha ya kutamba na katiba mpya (bora kuliko katiba yeyote duniani) wakenya wamejikuta wakiramba kiatu cha fildi masha Omar al-Bashir wa Sudan kwa kukubali matakwa ya dikteta huyo. Al Bashir ameipa serikali ya Kenya wiki mbili kutengua uamuzi wa mahakama unaoitaka serikali imkamate Bashir pindi atakapotia mguu nchini Kenya. La sivyo wakenya watakiona cha mtema kuni kilichomnyoa kanga manyoya ya shingoni, Bashir ametishia. Bashir anatafutwa na ICC ya Ocampo kujibu mashataka dhidi ya mauaji ya kimbari yaliyofanyika jimboni Darfur.

Kitendo cha serikali ya Kenya kuingilia uamuzi wa mahakama kinakiuka misingi ya ugawanyiko wa mihimili mitatu ya dola ambayo ndio uti wa mgongo wa mfumo wa demokrasia; yaani serikali, bunge na mahakama.

Kumekuwa na majigambo yaliyovuka mpaka hapa jamvini toka kwa wanajamvi wa kikenya kwamba Kenya ni nchi ya asali na maziwa na pia yenye demokrasia tukuka barani Afrika. Cha ajabu ni kwamba hivi sasa serikali ya Kenya imeshamualika Bashir nchini (kinyume cha maamuzi ya mahakama) na hivi juzi ilituma mawaziri wake wawili kumbembeleza dikteta al-Bashir asitimize tishio lake.

Njemba fulani, tuko pamojah. Lakini wakati mwingine watoto wakorofi inabidi kupigwa makwenzi kwanza kabla hawajajifunza adabu na ndo maana nimeichonga hiyo post kihivyo.

Kuna baadhi ya wakenya humu jamvini wao kila kukicha kazi yao ni kuwatupia madongo waTz na kujifanya wao werevu wakati hawana lolote la maana.

Kwa mantiki hiyo basi, hapa inabidi kutumia falsafa ya Agano la Kale: Jino kwa jino na jicho kwa jicho (Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again! Leviticus 24:20)

Ha ha ha ha !!Nyemba Fulani ..you have made my evening....It seems you are having a personal problem with me..but its ok. I have no problem with Tanzania or Tanzanians..because one;i have invested in Tanzania and many of you are my clients..how can i hate my clients!!the very people i live among them!!
Secondly;when i give my honest opinion about anything be it Tanzania or Tanzanians..its not out of hate or malice but just being logical..please read what i have told you in the other post..have talked this at length..do not be like Al Bashir who is over reacting ....
I support your reasoning though on this issue and i commend you on that....If Sudan goes forward and implements or makes good her threats on Kenya esp canceling all flights to or from Kenya passing through her air space..it will adversely affect out travel industry since all flights between Kenya and Europe passes through Sudan's air space......about trade we only export tea worth $200M we may look for alternative market.
Bashir does not understand the total independence of the Kenyan judiciary under the new constitution! he thinks Kenya is Sudan..but we are waiting to c how the drama unfolds....

What we are doing is to solve an impending economic problem.It is rumored that Bashir is mad because of his country's application to join EAC was thrown out and he thinks kenya did not do enough to argue her case and the court ruling made things worse..which led him to think our support was not genuine....

That may a huge relief kshaka, but i do not find the whole scenario as fitting. There is a bad feeling about the three arms of the Kenyan government jostling for supremacy. kenya judiciary's backyard is filthy and they are full of hypocrisy. Cases delay in court and corruption is the order of the day in the Kenyan corridors of justice. Let the kenyan judiciary is clean up its house first before stretching their necks beyond the borders to indict people. This should be further discussed. and it seems the person who is calling for Al-bashir blood is a woman. posturing, he is playing the international game very well. he is trying to show his influence in the region. i give him points for that.

you got to remember he knows the importance of kenya to sudan but he also loathes/hates kenya because of kenya's continuing support of south sudan. diplomacy is always interesting

i dont blame him for any of the posturing that he is doing although i dont approve of it. the question is whether he knows when to stop with the posturing?

overall, i think is more of a kenyan issue than a diplomatic issue because this is a tussle between the executive and the new independent judiciary of kenya.

with a new constitution, a precedent will be set from this tussle. that to me as a kenyan, is what makes it more interesting than bashir

This issue actually demonstrates yet again how Kenya is on the right path with regard to democracy...never again will the executive dictate to other branches of government or to Kenyans at large. Instead of indulging in your usual schadenfreude (although yours is a unique one because it celebrates others successes thinking they are failures) you guys should be taking notes.
