Geographically Africa is located on Lower pressure belts(LP) based on on interplanetary wind belt systems.
Winds blows from high pressure to low pressure, so areas such as Nothern part of America and Europe which are in High pressure belts,their emissions from industries have adverse impact in low pressure regions such as Africa through interplanetary wind systems.
America refused to sign Kyoto protocol due to her geographical advantage (located in high pressure region where the wind will blow away to other parts with low pressure such as Africa).
Impact of American Industial emissions can be noted in Africa with a number of its associated negative effects such as loss of biodiversity and gene mutation of African biodiverse.
Most of the Envirinmental campaign funded by developed industrialized countries located in high pressure belts aimed to purify the system of air of which they have polluted by pressing more demand on African people to conserve the nature of which they destroy continuously.
