What is called Democracy, is not African nature, it is not congenital its acquired, scientificaly.. acquired character cant be inherited... Early African leaders acquired the scenerio, thats why they tried hard to lead some how succefully,bt it is combusome to the offspring to adopt the character, thts why nothing good is going on in Africa than leaders turning tyrants...America.. can you stop the spinning you are diging behind Africa?
