China: Latest battleground for smartphone makers

Local smartphones are giving global companies such as Apple and Samsung a run for their money in giant Chinese market.

Apple is no longer the top smartphone maker in China.

Two local companies now account for one third of the sales in the country.

China is the world's largest smartphone market, and is now becoming the latest battleground for technology companies.
