I am writing you this letter to introduce to you our GREEN RETREAT project at Kitopeni, Bagamoyo Urban. GREEN RETREAT, a flagship development by Orbit Developers Ltd, is pleased to offer 109 plots, ranging between 1038 and 4150 sqm. Bagamoyo district is located in the Coastal Region, Tanzania, which is a rapidly growing area, emerging as a commercial and residential hot-spot. With the massive development in this area which includes Export Processing Zones (EPZ), light industries, ports, airports, schools and universities, five-star hotels and restaurants, there is a huge demand for land in this region.

Collect your Pre-qualification Forms from our offices. Complete it and return it to our offices. (The Forms can also be sent by email or fax on request.) Once you are pre-qualified you will be notified and given (in duplicate) Deposit or Outright Purchase Agreements.

An initial deposit should be made upon accepting our offer.

Payment Schedule [note: the payment schedule shall vary according to individual contracts].
The Certificate of Right of Occupancy (and all other title documents) will only be released after all outstanding payments have been made in full and documents have been executed. Certain charges such as architectural and engineering design, home development supervision, electricity connection and water meter connection fee are not included. You will be required to make separate arrangements for these.

Je mnaweza kuweka ramani ya viwanja vis a vis barabara ya Bagamoyo inayotarajiwa kujengwa?? Hii itasaidia watu kupata picha ya mandhari ya eneo husika.

Bigup to the guys behind this project,it is a visionary move to invest in Gated communities.But Peace of Mind?thats a bit subjective.
Located at kitopeni?i hope i dont neeed a 4X4 to reach my kitope villa.
