Human beings are not random creatures; everything we do, we do for a reason.
We may not be aware of the reason consciously, but there is usually a driving
force behind all human behavior. This force impacts all facets of our life, from
our relationships and finances to our bodies and brains. What is this force that
is controlling you even now as you read this? It is called the Pain and Pleasure
Principle. Everything you and I do, we either do out of the need to avoid pain
or our desire to gain pleasure.
This is how it works: if you are a smoker you gain some pleasure from this
activity even though you may know the inherent health risks of smoking. The
pleasures you receive may include soothing relaxation,de-stressing, etc… The
reason you don't stop smoking, even though you know it is bad for your body, is
that the pain of smoking hasn't become great enough for you.
To change, you have to attach enough pain to the behavior that you want
to move away from, and attach enough pleasure to the new behavior that you want
to move towards.
Using this simple but effective principle we can make real changes in all of
our lives.

Ni kweli tupu..nakumbuka Asprin kama pain killer ilikuwa inafanana na Chloroquine chungu dawa ya malaria..ilimbidi mgonjwa kulamba ili kugundua which was which..CHADEMA ktk hili wanahitaji kulamba hiyo chloroquine ili wameze wapone malaria..."kichungu pia huonjwa"
