Dar university dont accept diploma from 2001 for education to join undergraduate courses !!!!!!! How many gvt do we have ? Who is the boss? Ministry or udsm

You have opportunity to vist them and ask them to show how was the shortlisting and why you where not qualified. Tusiwe na mawazo ya kizamani ambapo mambo mengi yalikuwa kujuana. Siku hizi kufuatana na sheria za utumishi una haki ya kuuliza na kama hujaridhika kukata rufaa.

Nilishawahi hudhuria interview moja ilikuwa na masharti kama hayo ya hand written niliwauliza kwa nini!!! Nilijibiwa kuwa 1. Ni shortlisting mechanism( kwani hupata applicant zaidi ya 100 kwa nafasi mbili and they all qualify), 2. Taasisi yao ina deal sana na reports ziwe za mkono na za computer na ina deal sana ma michoro engineering drafts etc. hivyo kwa kuandika kwa mkono you will show exactly who you are. 3. Mechanism ya kukupima how unaweza kufuata instruction 4. How nervous you are( kwani kwa hasira unaweza ukasema sitaki kuandika kwa mkono nitawambia kwa nini) lakini wakati huo utakuwa umesha kuwa shortlisted out !!! huna pa kusemea. Basi nilivyoambiwa hivyo nilikubali matokeo. Na hili lipo hadi baadhi ya nchi za nje nimelikuta.

Sure mi naweza sema kuwa, its like an-old fasion kuweka sharti la kuandika barua kwa mkono, then kuituma kwa posta, Though huyu mwajiri ana haki zote za kutaka how maombia yatumwe.

Kitu 1 hawajakiona: kwa sasa ni lazima kufuata latest & modern formalities ili ubaki competitive in every way.

Kwa maoni yangu, mwandiko unaweza kutumiwa kuwaengua wachache, mfano, wale ambao ni "very difficult people". Some employees are very hard to deal with (employees from hell). :)
