Given R1=40 with tolerance of 3% and R2=30 with tolerance of 9% find total resistance

a) in series
b) in parallel

Hapo unatakiwa ujue dhana ya tolerance utapata jibu hesabu ndogo sana hiyo

Given R1=40 with tolerance of 3% and R2=30 with tolerance of 9% find total resistance

a) in series
b) in parallel

In series Rs=(R1+R2)+(∆R1+∆R2)
=(40+30)+(0.03+0.09)
=(70+/-0.12)ohm
In parallel
Apply natural logarithm to the equation ln Rp=ln(R1R2/Rs)
ln Rp=lnR1+lnR2-lnRs
Differentiate
∆Rp/Rp=∆R1/R1+..........kama hujaelewa nitafute mi nimechoka Ku type

Sijaelewa hiyo RS ndo nini?

Nyie fanyeni mahesabu, baadae mtaniletea vyombo vyenu niwatengenezee. Mimi ndio kiboko ya mambo ya resistor katika practice. Naangalia rangi ya michoro yake tu nishajua nguvu yake.

The tighter the tolerance the more stringent is the manufacturing process as regards material selection, production method , quality control. Tanzania ya viwanda inawezekana.
